When and why do we collect personal data?
Samen-Krachtig collects personal data when participating in Samen-Krachtig events and activities, entering into a donation or periodic donation, subscribing to the Samen-Krachtig newsletter or entering into a sponsorship or collaboration.
This data is processed for the purpose of administration and/or to optimally guide and support those involved. The data is also used to keep those involved informed of Samen-Krachtig events and activities.
What personal data do we collect? Samen-Krachtig can process personal data about you because you use services from Samen-Krachtig, and/or because you provide this data yourself when contacting Samen-Krachtig. Samen-Krachtig can process the following personal data:

How do we handle the personal data of children under the age of 16?

What is our legal basis for data processing?
All our use of personal data is in accordance with the law. The law requires that we only process data if we have a valid legal basis for doing so. We use your personal data as follows:

Who do we share your personal data with?
Samen-Krachtig does not sell or share your data for third-party marketing purposes. We only share your data with suppliers who support us in our business process and with whom we have concluded a processing agreement. We do not grant them any right to use your personal data for anything other than to provide services to us and to do so in accordance with our instructions. If necessary, a request may be made to disclose data to, for example, financial institutions, accountants, lawyers or to comply with laws, orders and requests from the competent authorities that apply to them.
How long do we store your personal data?
We store your personal data in our systems for as long as this is necessary for the relevant activity. Your data will therefore not be stored for longer than is legally required or necessary. When the retention period of your data has expired, the data will be securely deleted.
As soon as you ask us to no longer communicate with you via certain channels, we will continue to store your data and the associated information, so that we can comply with your request to no longer contact you. You also have the right to ask us to delete your data. If this is legally possible, we will do this as soon as possible, in any case within 4 weeks. If your personal data has been provided to third parties, you may ask Samen-Krachtig to also arrange for the deletion of your personal data with these third parties, if this is possible.
Income from inheritances is extremely important to Samen-Krachtig. The data you provide may be stored indefinitely, in order to maintain administration regarding inheritances and to communicate effectively with the surviving relatives of people who leave us an inheritance. This also enables us to identify and analyse the sources of income from inheritances.
