What to do when feeling Electric Magnetic fields:
To start with:
- Drinking water: Before using the Tricks it is important to drink a glass of water. This is to strengthen the muscles and related functions. If you have drunk too little water, the Tricks do not strengthen optimally.
- Make sure (if possible) that you always have a bottle of water at your disposal.
- Use one or more of the Tricks below for 1 to 2 minutes (or less if it feels right).
The Tricks that give you more peace and balance:
- Touch with the tip of your right middle finger between the nose and your forehead.
- Gently press the palate with the top of your right thumb (good for strengthening nerves).
- Go with your attention to your heart and focus your eyes forward (You can also only go with your attention to your heart during the first few days).
- Hold left hand back.
- Move your shoulders back and hold.
- Right arm and hand squeezed loosely shut forward.
- Hold left wrist.
- Make a triangle out of your hands and point forward from your stomach.
