Good breathing brings you into the 'here and now', this is important for highly sensitive people. Oxygen is the basis of our lives and that is why it is important to breathe in the base / stomach. Good breathing gives strength and balance, vital organs and an optimistic view of life.
For an HSP person, it is important to obtain good grounding, flow and balance in the HSP qualities.
This is important for HSP people because an HSP has a rich inner life and, through proper breathing, obtains, retains or develops the right insights. Good breathing is an excellent prevention against overstimulation.
